Rules?
Ok so apparently I the Almighty and Powerful Jingpoo must put down some rules for us to use as basic guildlines for forming out settlements.
1. No Copying from wikipedia.
2. If you do copy from wikipedia, don't get caught.
3. Try your best to make the process of building and expanding as believable as possible.
4. If you have a problem with someone else's town, (not in game) please make your remarks outside of thier thread, and quote using the quote feature. This is so we do not clutter up our stories with... "Thats cheating!" or "Come on really?"
5. You can start out with a couple dozen townsfolk, but they will not all participate in battle. For the time being only the characters that have stats will be able to participate in battle.
6. Each villiage is to have the following:
a) Town Leader - the person in charge of the town...(Yeah I know I didn't need to explain)
b) 2 other characters with stats - ex. Advisor, Bodyguard, Moe, Crazy Wizard.
c) Adventurer - Which will be used in actually d&d gameplay.
That should do for now, and as Mr.Hero has already posted, LET THE FIRST AGE BEGIN!

Personal Quests.
For weeks when we cannot physically get together to play you will be aloud to send any adventurers you may have in your town out on a personal quest. Where we will be granted experiance and rewards. The experiance will be the same for everyone, however rewards will vary depending on the adventure you impart upon. Each quest must include but is not limited too:
This quest should be posted into the in character forum, In a separate thread topic.
1. At least 5 skill checks.
2. If creatures are killed at least one battle in a separate thread.
3. A clear goal for the adventure.
4. You may have another character from your villiage accomapany you, for that you need to provide a character sheet for them.
5. Any monsters must also have the proper information posted somewhere in the thread as well.
Once you have posted everything and it is complete there will be time for everyone to approve your quest and everyone is allowed to reward you how they see fit in the form of gold or a magical item (don't forget about karmals). Once everyone has had a chance to give rewards and approve, xp will be rewarded and it can be placed into a current timeframe. Until then please do not speak as though it has happened, and try to refrain from specifying a time while playing it out.
We need to vote on xp rewards for this, and also vote on how many quest points it cost to make a new adventurer.
Xp - Lvl up
Quest points - 10 for a new adventurer.
Please post a response to this with a vote for each and any questions you may have.
Have fun and happy questing!
