Baramaus the Elder: Little is known about Baramaus the Elder. He left the Ramen Empire several years ago and founded the town of Bartopia. He left with his son who has since taken over as regent. He does not speak of why he left the empire or of his son's mother. He spends most of his time reading and writing in his study. It is assumed that nearly all the wealth he had brought with him from the Raman empire has been spent on collecting knowledge of things in the area. It is not known why he selected the spot he did for Bartopia.

Baramauson
Baramauson, the son of Baramaus the elder, is the leader of Bartopia. He was raised far off in the Raman empire. Being noble in birth and having the wealth of his father, he received some of the best schooling and training in the empire. He rose through the ranks of the Raman empire at a young age. He was working in a prestigious position at the capitol when he, without warning, left the empire with his father. He spent several years working hard alongside his father to build Bartopia, but every chance he could get he would spend time around the new settlement exploring and adventuring. But as his father aged and began to withdraw from the work of the town, Baramauson took over leadership and spent nearly all his time working to make sure Bartopia prospered. He has never spoken of a wife and does not discuuss the events around his departure from the Ramen empire.

Titus
Titus traveled from the Raman empire with Baramaus and Baramauson. He brought with him his wife and children. Born a noble, He met Baramaus and had a great deal of respect for the wise man. He was an instructor at the Raman Military academy and taught Baramauson as he grew up. When Baramaus made the decision to leave with his son, Titus joined them. He worked hard helping to build Bartopia. When Baramauson took over leadership, Titus felt no resentment for he knew Baramauson was a strong leader. Titus' children though, feel slightly different.
