The quest begins

I guess use the first die roll as my perception (gets +4 so that's a 13) and this next as my investigation which is + nothing.

The member 'Mr.Hero' has done the following action : Dices roll

Looking ahead you see a hallway slightly obscured by a light darkness.... there is a flicker ahead though.... something bright dances at the end of the tunnel. No vents or pipes are visible. As far as your investigation is concerned, the thick air slowly filling the tunnel may be completely unrelated to any bright warm dancing objects farther down.

Bowen moves further down the hallway towards the flickering lights.

At the end of the hallway Bowen passes through an archway into a massive room as he immediately feels a wave of heat. The dancing lights can be seen very clearly now: a huge fire. The floor has collapsed in the middle of the room leaving a giant crater. Debris have fallen from above. Looking up, two levels can be seen above br/oken and mangled. Looking through the smoke above gives a narrow view of the sky. This opening above is probably why the whole area has yet to be completely black from smoke. Directly ahead over the chasm is a hall way like the one you just came from. The floor is broken a few feet ahead and to your left. To the right there is still some floor to tread upon. The fire burns in the center of the room on the floor below you.

Bowen looks up to the sky.

Looks like we have ourselves a bit of a crater in here laddie, but I can see sky from here! I reckon we can get out of here by climbing up - what says you Frankie? Should we give climbing a go or do we try the tunnel down this way?
He points ahead to the passageway on the other side of the crater.
